The position:

As part of a technical assistance project, we are looking for an Export Area Manager for one of our clients in the industrial sector.

You will work at the client site located in Versailles (78), with an international scope of intervention mainly covering North Africa, the Middle East, or Asia.

Your missions will be as follows:

• Ensure the monitoring and development of commercial and service activity in your export geographic area;
• Support and develop business with international clients and partners;
• Act as an interface between internal teams, clients, and various local interlocutors;
• Perform international business trips, at a rate of approximately 2 trips per month;
• Work autonomously in managing your area and following up on commercial opportunities.

Profile sought:

• Engineer or sales professional by training, you have at least 4 years of experience in commercial development and international account management, ideally in an industrial environment;
• You also have significant experience in export technical sales and managing an international geographic area;
• You have good knowledge of the international environment, particularly the North African, Middle Eastern, or Asian markets;
• You are proficient in English at a bilingual level, both spoken and written;
• You are autonomous, organized, results-oriented, and possess a real sense of business;
• You are mobile and accept regular international travel, approximately twice a month.

In this position, you will be required to work with information pertaining to national defense secrets. As a result, you will undergo a security clearance procedure, in accordance with articles R.2311-1 et seq. of the Code de la défense and the IGI 1300 SGDSN/PSE of August 09, 2021.
