The position:

As part of an internal recruitment process, we are looking for a Systems and Networks Administrator for one of our clients in the financial sector. You will work at the client site located in the 14th arrondissement.

Your missions will be as follows:

RUN

• Ensure the operational maintenance and optimization of infrastructures, supervision of systems, networks, and applications.
• Manage IT security (access authorizations, protections, anti-virus, security updates for components, etc.), and ensure connection traceability.
• Monitor and analyze performance, implementing measures likely to improve the quality and productivity of tools.
• Ensure reporting.
• Participate in preventive and corrective maintenance actions.
• Handle incidents or anomalies from internal requests: incident diagnosis, identification, formulation, and follow-up of its resolution.
• Keep installation and operation documentation up to date, especially during technical changes.
• Maintain the inventory of systems and components.
• Implement automation and optimization processes.
• Develop rules for tool usage, in compliance with company norms and standards and in respect of service contracts.

BUILD:

• Recommend and define the technical means to be implemented.
• Perform technical operations.
• Write operation documentation to be transmitted to the host.
• Validate installations or integration of new systems carried out by third parties (i.e.: host, editor, service provider?).
• Participate in application infrastructure projects hosting the production application ecosystem in close collaboration with project stakeholders (internal, integrators, hosts).
• Document, promote, and control deployed solutions.

RSSI:

• Drive the actions of service agreements relating to the ISO 27001 standard.
• Be the preferred contact for the client's satellites on aspects of the standard.
• Develop procedures and documentation within the framework of ISO 27001 service agreements.
• Organize security reviews and committees.
• Analyze security reports, define and monitor evolution actions or treatment of resulting vulnerabilities.
• Be the guarantor of security aspects, particularly during instances defined in the service agreements.
• Be the referent on security questions for the main interlocutors. (Best practices, studies of new tools, participating in security by design designs, etc.)
• Prepare the monthly Cyber communication.

Profile sought:

• You have at least 3 to 5 years of experience in systems and networks administration, in a Windows Server / Linux environment.
• You also have significant experience in virtualization (VMware / Hyper-V) and in backup management and recovery strategies (NAS/SAN).
• You have skills in scripting (PowerShell, Bash) and in the automation of operational tasks.
• You have good knowledge of corporate networks (VLAN, DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewalls) and operational security (hardening, patch management, EDR).
• You master Active Directory / GPO environments (knowledge of Microsoft 365 / Azure / Entra ID would be a plus).
• Proficiency in technical English is required for this mission.
