Job Title: PPA Sales Closer (Leads Provided – No Door Knocking) Job Summary We are looking for experienced sales closers to join our fast-growing solar team. If you've sold solar, alarms, pest control, Insurance, cars, construction, or done door-to-door sales — and you know how to close in one sitting — this is for you. You'll receive multiple high-intent leads daily , meet homeowners in person, and close deals on the spot. No cold calling. No door knocking. No chasing. Your role is simple: run appointments and close deals. We handle everything else. Appointments take place at Ventura county, LA County, San Bernardino county, and Orange County. While you won't be sent from one end to another on the same day, please be prepared to drive a few hours every day. Responsibilities Run 2–4 daily appointments with pre-qualified PPA leads Present our PPA program clearly and confidently Handle objections and guide homeowners to a decision Close deals in a single visit (no long follow-ups) Submit results and stay aligned with the team Requirements (READ CAREFULLY) Previous sales experience REQUIRED Proven ability to close deals, not just pitch Comfortable handling objections and asking for the sale Strong communication and in-home presence Self-driven and accountable — no hand-holding - If you've never closed deals before, this is not the right role.
