Reporting To: Head of Technical & Operation Location: Singapore Employment Type: Full-time

1. Position Summary

Provide internal IT support, technical pre-sales assistance, modular data center project deployment, commissioning, and post-sales maintenance services for customers across Singapore and ASEAN.

2. Key Responsibilities

A) IT Support

  • Provide first and second level IT support for internal users.
  • Handle incoming support requests via phone, email, and ticketing system.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues efficiently.
  • Escalate complex incidents to the appropriate technical teams when necessary.
  • Assist with user account management (Active Directory, email, access rights).
  • Support the rollout of IT updates, patches, and hardware replacements.
  • Maintain clear documentation of support cases and solutions.
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools.
  • Conduct basic user training and provide guidance on IT best practices.

B) Technical Support (Datacenter Solution)

Pre-Sales Support

  • Gather requirements and assist in solution design and technical proposals.
  • Provide technical clarifications to customers and partners.
  • Support customer presentations, demos and proof-of-concepts.

Post-Sales Support

i) Project and Deployment Responsibilities

  • Support site surveys, technical assessments and deployment planning.
  • Coordinate with customers, contractors and system integrators.
  • Review layouts, drawings, method statements and project documentation.
  • Perform installation supervision, testing, commissioning and integration activities.
  • Support UAT, system acceptance and handover documentation.
  • Provide on-site technical support during migration and go-live.
  • Monitor project progress and resolve technical issues.

ii) Service & Maintenance Responsibilities

  • Conduct preventive maintenance and system health checks.
  • Respond to incidents and perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
  • Monitor MDC systems, power, cooling, environmental and monitoring platforms.
  • Coordinate warranty claims and vendor support activities.
  • Prepare service reports and maintain asset records.
  • Support customer training and operational best practices.

3. Qualifications & Requirements

Education & Experience

  • Diploma or Higher NITEC in IT, Engineering or related discipline.
  • Knowledge of data center infrastructure, structured cabling, networking, UPS and cooling systems.
  • Knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365 and network troubleshooting.
  • Previous experience in IT support or a helpdesk environment is an advantage.
  • Previous experience in Datacenter UPS and cooling system maintenance service is an advantage.

Core Competencies Ability to read technical drawings and installation documentation. Strong co-ordination, customer service and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and travel when required within ASEAN.
