Manufacturing Project Manager required for a security institution

Job Description:

Management of design projects, engineering development, transition from development to manufacturing, and serial production in the factory; identification of all stakeholders and management of their involvement while obtaining commitment from them for the completion of deliverables, adherence to the schedule, and securing the required human resources and infrastructure. Establishment and management of integrative work plans for all stakeholders for production, testing, and serial production; concentration, monitoring, and control of project requirements and engineering bodies; performing design surveys as needed; comprehensive product support; supervision of contractors and subcontractors; monitoring and control of procurement and inventory in the project; in-depth familiarity with engineering and manufacturing product trees; coordination and guidance of departments in the administration; coordination with the project management; management of a cost model in the project.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Electronics / Industrial Engineering and Management - Mandatory
• Proven experience of at least 5 years as a Project Manager (Mandatory!)
• Leadership ability and delegation of authority
• High level of English
• Self-discipline and personal responsibility
• Teamwork
