A security institution requires a Project Manager for Airborne Systems

The role includes: * Managing and leading a challenging project in the multi-mission aircraft world from contract signing to delivery to the customer * Leading significant development involving the integration of mission systems and armament and ISR capabilities * Responsibility for all technological, business, and marketing aspects in proposals to the customer * Routine management of subcontractors * Matrix leadership towards relevant disciplines (System Engineering, Software, Mechanics, and Hardware) * Management and control of work plans, procurement processes, supply, and project risk management (BSC) - An academic degree in the field of Engineering - Mandatory experience as a business/engineering Project Manager or Lead Engineer in a development project - Mandatory background in airborne systems, armament systems - Advantage willingness to travel abroad - Mandatory good command of the English language (speaking, reading, and writing) - Mandatory experience in the development of security systems, aerial armament - Advantage
