FINANCIAL ACCOUNTANT FOR SUBSIDIARIES (BILINGUAL)
Your tasks
A Financial Director is required for a company located in Medellín; they will be key in acting as the communication, transaction, and financial flow bridge between subsidiaries, foreign suppliers, and the main company in Colombia.
Job Mission Manage and execute the financial strategy of the Business Group, ensuring the liquidity, solvency, and financing required for operations. They will be responsible for providing timely accounting information, structuring financial models for new projects, and leading the international financial relationship with allies and subsidiaries.
Main Responsibilities
- Financial Management and Control: Guarantee compliance with the company's liquidity, indebtedness, solvency, and financing needs objectives.
- International Bridge and Connection: Act as a strategic link between the group's subsidiaries, foreign suppliers, and the headquarters in Colombia.
- Modeling and Projects: Build, interpret, and monitor financial models and projected budgets for new investment projects.
- Cost Analysis and Efficiency: Calculate and control company costs, designing strategies that generate efficiencies and optimize resources.
- Management Reports: Prepare and analyze financial statements, presenting key indicators to Management for strategic decision-making.
- Banking Relationships: Maintain updated and consolidated information with credit and financing entities.

Requirements
- Professional in Accounting, Engineering, or related fields.
- Demonstrable experience in financial modeling, cost analysis, liquidity management, indebtedness management, and financial planning.
- Solid knowledge in corporate finance and advanced Excel management.
- Advanced English language proficiency is indispensable for the relationship with international suppliers and subsidiaries.
- Experience in financial director or management roles in corporate or multinational environments.
- Ability to lead teams and make strategic decisions.
- Availability to work on-site in Medellín, Colombia.
