As an Analytics Engineer (M/F), your missions will be to: Build and industrialize data transformation pipelines: Design reliable and automated pipelines feeding dashboards, business analyses, and artificial intelligence models.Design business data models: Develop and maintain a high-performance semantic layer to make data accessible, consistent, and exploitable by business teams.Guarantee data quality: Implement best practices for modeling, validation, and quality control to ensure the reliability of the data provided.Evolve analytical datasets: Maintain and enrich existing models to meet new functional needs and support evolving usages.Contribute to the Data strategy: Participate in technical choices regarding the Modern Data Stack and promote Analytics Engineering best practices.Collaborate with Data teams: Work in close collaboration with Data Engineers, Data Analysts, Data Scientists, and Product teams to develop solutions meeting business challenges.Participate in continuous improvement: Drive the evolution of standards, documentation, data governance, and development practices.

Profile Description:

Concretely, what are we asking for?

Second, a solid technical background: A minimum of 4 years of experience as an Analytics Engineer, Data Engineer, or 6 years as a Data Analyst with a strong Data Engineering dimension.Excellent mastery of SQL and good mastery of Python. A solid experience with Spark. Solid experience with dbt, notably for data modeling and transformation.Expertise in Apache Airflow for pipeline orchestration.Experience with Databricks and the AWS Cloud environment. A good knowledge of modern data architectures and the Modern Data Stack. Solid experience in dimensional modeling (Kimball, Data Vault, One Big Table). Good mastery of Git, GitHub, CI/CD practices, and development tools.A good understanding of Data Lineage, Data Governance, and data documentation concepts.A good level of English to operate in an international environment.Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban). The little extras that will make a difference: Knowledge of Great Expectations for data quality.***Experience with Tableau. A curiosity for Modern Data Stack tools such as Polars, DuckDB, Malloy, or MetricFlow. A strong appetite for performance issues, data quality, and optimization of analytical models.
