About Dastra Dastra is a SaaS platform dedicated to data protection, compliance, and AI governance. Our mission is clear: To make data protection an operational reality, by placing trust at the heart of business strategies. We help organizations master their risks to innovate, by transforming complex regulatory obligations (RGPD, AI) into simple, concrete, and actionable processes.

The Role As a Data Migration Project Manager, you will lead client data migration projects to Dastra, from scoping to delivery. At the intersection of project management, data, and client consulting, your role is primarily oriented towards management and client support (approximately 70%), while being sufficiently comfortable with data and technology to understand, structure, and map data.

Your Missions

Lead your migration projects from A to Z Manage several client projects simultaneously, from scoping to delivery, by prioritizing effectively to ensure smooth and high-quality follow-up.

Manage project monitoring and progress through client meetings

Understand the client's business and Privacy stakes in order to adapt the migration strategy to their context and needs.

Support the client in the technical and data choices necessary for their migration

Secure every step of the migration, from data preparation to their integration into Dastra

Understand & structure the data Analyze and structure the client's source data

Build the mapping between client data and the Dastra data model

Define and configure the transformation rules necessary for the migration

Control the data throughout the migration process

Understand the logic of scripts and data flows

Master our internal migration tool

Our internal tool now automates a large part of the transformations previously performed via specific scripts: we are therefore not looking for a developer, but someone who understands technology well enough to make the right decisions.

Collaborate with Dastra teams You will work notably with: Sales, in pre-sales, to provide the necessary Data Migration expertise for project scoping and to reassure prospects

Tech teams, on integration issues and platform functionality;

Privacy Success Managers, to ensure a smooth transition after migration and transmit the client's business stakes and rules.

The Profile Sought Approximately 4 years of experience in client project management, ideally around implementation, migration, integration, or data transformation.

Indispensable experience in multi-project and multi-client management, ideally in a consulting firm, ESN, or SaaS environment

Knowledge of RGPD / Privacy stakes and the DPO profession, acquired in a professional context

A good IT & data culture: mapping, data structuring, script logic, understanding of flows and architectures

An ability to quickly master a new tool and understand how it works

Comfortable advising, challenging, and simplifying concepts for technical and business interlocutors

C2 English is indispensable

What will make the difference You are curious, autonomous, and resourceful: when faced with a new tool or a problem you do not know, you search, you understand, and you propose. You enjoy understanding how a platform works as much as managing a project and supporting a client toward success. You have, at a minimum, experience working with DPOs, Privacy/Compliance teams, or on GRC/Privacy software.
