Within the "Working Environment" team, your mission will revolve around mobility management solutions. You will take part in various technical projects around MacOS.

Position based in Vélizy (Yvelines, 78) on a CDI contract.

Your Missions:

Apple device management (macOS).

• Administration of the macOS environment via Jamf Pro: deployment, configuration, updates, and compliance monitoring.
• Automation of enrollment workflows, profile assignment, and security policy application.
• Proactive maintenance and centralized management of an Apple fleet on an international scale.
• Implementation of global standards ensuring stability, performance, and security of macOS workstations.
• Steering performance, compliance & automation.
• Regular monitoring of KPIs related to user experience, security compliance, and terminal health.
• Proactive detection of discrepancies (compliance, obsolescence, recurring incidents), and implementation of action plans.
• Development or improvement of scripts, automations, and dashboards.
• Contribution to the documentation of configuration standards, procedures, and IT policies.

Support & technical expertise

• Handling level 3 incidents related to the macOS environment, in coordination with local and global teams and solution vendors.
• In-depth analysis of recurring incidents, identification of root causes, implementation of lasting fixes, and impact monitoring.
• Contribution to the structuring of support around the macOS workstation: process improvement, documentation, standardization of responses.
• Participation in the skill development of local teams (level 1/2 support), notably through maintaining up-to-date guides and procedures.
• Animation of the community dedicated to macOS users.

Your qualifications:

• You have a first experience in a similar position of at least 5 years.
• Mastery of Jamf Pro 300 for managing Apple macOS environments.
• Knowledge or willingness to develop skills in Ivanti Neurons for MDM, Intune, and Google Workspace.
• Advanced knowledge of programming languages: Shell and PowerShell.
• Knowledge or willingness to develop skills in programming languages: Javascript, Python, HTML.
• Mastery of written and spoken English.
