Join a team that supports Research & Development activities by designing a reliable, scalable, and secure data platform. You will play a major role in the development of the AURA Operations Analyst, a strategic initiative aimed at transforming access to R&D operational data through generative AI technologies and new NETVIBES Data Science Experience analysis tools. Alongside R&D, Product, IT, and Operations teams, you will contribute to evolving our Data ecosystem to facilitate access to quality data and support the development of tomorrow's solutions.

Your missions:

Within the team, you will act as a technical expert on the evolution of our Data platform and on high-impact projects.

On a daily basis, you will be required to:

• Contribute to the development of the AURA Operations Analyst, by participating in the definition of its technical and functional roadmap and collaborating with various stakeholders.
• Design data models, Data Views, and services that allow R&D data to be exposed to new generative AI use cases.
• Design and evolve our Data platform (pipelines, data models, quality, governance, and security) to ensure reliable and easily exploitable data.
• Contribute to the modernization of our Data ecosystem by participating in the transition to more recent architectures and technologies.
• Implement data governance best practices to ensure data quality, traceability, and availability.
• Collaborate with R&D, Product Development, IT, and R&D Operations teams to understand their needs and build suitable solutions.
• Participate in the definition and implementation of the Data Engineering roadmap.
• Ensure the reliability, performance, and continuous improvement of critical platforms and data flows.

Your qualifications

With a degree in higher education in computer science or equivalent, you have significant experience in Data Engineering of at least 5 years minimum.

You have developed a good understanding of Data architectures, data modeling, distributed processing, and data governance principles.

You have worked with modern Data Engineering technologies such as Spark, Airflow, Kafka, DBT, Snowflake, BigQuery, or equivalent solutions.

You use SQL as well as a programming language such as Python within the framework of your projects.

Ideally, you have worked in Cloud or hybrid environments (AWS, Azure, GCP, Outscale) and participated in projects to modernize Data or decision-making platforms.

Experience in:

• generative AI use cases applied to Data (LLM, RAG, Data Views, conversational tools, MCP, or equivalent technologies)
• R&D information systems, software development, PLM, or engineering environments

would be a real asset.
