This highly strategic role requires solid technical expertise, strong cross-functional influence capabilities, as well as a proven ability to support change at all levels of the company.

Your Missions

Your responsibilities will revolve around two major axes: (i) the Group's environmental footprint and (ii) the development of our offering.

1. Internal environmental strategy (Footprint)

  • Contribute to the definition and monitoring of the Group's global environmental policy.
  • Conduct audits to identify and prioritize major issues such as climate, energy, resources, waste, and risks.
  • Define, monitor, and analyze key environmental performance indicators (KPI).
  • Build and deploy action plans adapted to the various global entities.
  • Proactively contribute to non-financial reporting, notably the Universal Registration Document (URD), impact reports, and ESG ratings (EcoVadis, CDP, S&P).
  • Lead working groups and participate in key initiatives (3DS Net-Zero Task Force).
  • Execute global strategic objectives and ensure the continuous improvement of existing practices.

2. Sustainability portfolio development (Handprint)

  • Contribute to the development of the Sustainability portfolio to meet the challenges of decarbonization, circular economy, and regulatory compliance for our customers, across all sectors (automotive, textile, energy, etc.).
  • Participate in the construction of differentiating offerings (emission reduction, circular economy, AI for sustainable development).
  • Establish and lead working groups with internal stakeholders (R&D, Brands, Industries, Sales).
  • Maintain active monitoring to identify innovative solutions for our customers.

Your qualifications

  • You have a Master's degree (Engineering School, Business School, or University) with a specialization in environment, sustainable development, or equivalent. A PhD would be a plus.
  • You have at least 6 years of successful experience in environmental strategy, CSR management, or specialized consulting.
  • You possess a solid mastery of current environmental issues (climate, energy, waste, circular economy, regulatory compliance).
  • You have an excellent ability to define and use management tools, particularly KPIs and action plans.
  • You have a very good understanding of non-financial reporting standards (ESG).
  • You know how to structure clear messages and mobilize various interlocutors at all levels of the company.
  • You master change management levers and know how to unite teams around new practices.
  • You possess a strong sense of planning and manage several projects simultaneously with rigor and efficiency.
  • You have a strong collaborative spirit and enjoy teamwork.
  • You are fluent in English, given the international context of the position.
