Within the CATIA R&D organization, the Embedded Solutions department defines and develops solutions dedicated to the design of embedded electronic, electrical, and software systems. Its role covers the definition of the product offering, its market positioning, as well as its evolution in order to support industrial players in the design of increasingly complex systems.

You will join a team of seven employees, reporting directly to the Embedded Solutions Portfolio Manager. You will contribute to the development of electronic design solutions (board architecture, schematic, 3D design), in collaboration with R&D, pre-sales teams, and Dassault Systèmes' strategic customers.

Your missions

In the role of Solutions Product Manager, you will contribute to defining and evolving CATIA solutions dedicated to embedded systems, by reconciling market vision, technological innovation, and customer expectations.

In this capacity, your missions will be as follows:

Analyze market evolutions, technological trends, and competing solutions in order to guide the product strategy; Collect and qualify the needs of strategic customers in collaboration with R&D and pre-sales teams to define future solution evolutions; Contribute to the product roadmap by integrating 3DEXPERIENCE platform innovations, notably the artificial intelligence technologies developed by Dassault Systèmes; Design business demonstrators highlighting the capabilities of electronic design, electrical/electronic architecture, and embedded software development solutions; Support key customers in the adoption of new features by participating in configuration, data creation, and process implementation activities; Prepare the launch of new solutions through the creation of technical and marketing content (demonstrations, videos, documentation, presentations, and events); Collaborate with multidisciplinary international teams to ensure consistency between market needs, product directions, and R&D developments.

You will contribute directly to the evolution of CATIA solutions used by the largest industrial players in the automotive, aerospace, defense, and electronic equipment sectors.

Your qualifications

You hold a degree from an engineering school or a Master's degree (Bac+5) with a specialization in electronics, electrical engineering, embedded systems, or an equivalent field.

You have 8 to 10 years of experience in the design and development of industrial electronic products, ideally in digital electronics and embedded software.

You possess the following skills:

Good knowledge of the complete development cycle of an electronic product, from requirements definition to industrialization and mass production monitoring; Mastery of embedded systems and software development processes: architecture, design, development, integration, validation, and debugging; Good knowledge of modeling, architecture, analysis, or simulation tools dedicated to embedded electronic systems; Understanding of architectures and standards used in the automotive, aerospace, or defense sectors; Interest in artificial intelligence technologies and their integration into computer-aided design solutions; Ability to communicate with technical, business, and commercial stakeholders to transform customer needs into product evolutions; Excellent communication skills, synthesis skills, and the ability to thrive in an international and multicultural environment.
