This cross-functional team drives all the levers to grow e-commerce activity and improve the user experience on our platforms. It brings together diverse profiles - digital marketing, customer success, data scientists, product owners, and UX designers - who work in synergy to design, test, and deploy strategic initiatives for this new activity for Dassault Systèmes. Joining this team will allow you to discover an international and innovative environment, evolve alongside experts from different professions, and contribute directly to concrete projects combining data analysis, customer experience optimization, and commercial performance management.

Your missions In order to strengthen our analysis and performance management system, we are looking for an apprentice motivated by data and analytics topics. Working in a pair with the Data Analyst, you will be in charge of the following missions:

  • Ensure the integrity and relevance of reporting to meet the needs of internal teams: variance analysis to guarantee data quality, maintenance and improvement of existing views, collection of user needs, and design/implementation of new views.
  • Perform ad hoc analyses to inform marketing and product decisions (customer journeys, purchasing behaviors, customer profiles, etc.).
  • Organize and conduct A/B testing experiments and analyze the results to contribute to the improvement of conversion rates, in collaboration with the teams in charge of page design.
  • Contribute to the algorithmic optimization of marketing campaigns on various platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) by ensuring proper tracking and conversion reporting.
  • Perform benchmarks of key KPIs (conversion, engagement, acquisition) against the market and competitors to identify gaps and opportunities.

Your qualifications

  • You are preparing an engineering or business school degree with a strong Data/Analytics component (pathways in statistics, data science, analytical marketing, business analytics).
  • You have a good command of office tools (Excel/Google Analytics) and ideally basics in SQL and/or Python for data analysis.
  • You are comfortable with numbers, rigorous, and organized.
  • You are curious, proactive, and enjoy working in a team with various stakeholders (marketing, UX, technical).
  • A first experience with A/B testing tools, web analytics, and data management (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Elastic Search) or visualization (Tableau, Looker Studio) is a plus.
  • You have a fluent level of English, both spoken and written, to allow you to evolve in an international environment.
  • You may optionally have experience with Dassault Systèmes solutions (SOLIDWORKS, CATIA).
