Integrated within the Direction Générale des Achats (DGA), we are looking for a Supplier Development Manager whose mission will be:

Drive supplier performance to meet contractual commitments, particularly in punctuality, the measurement of which remains collaborated on by procurement officers, and in quality, the measurement of which is consolidated by the Direction Générale de la Qualité Totale (DGQT)

Identify and implement systemic levers contributing to improving the skill level and maturity of suppliers

Manage the availability of industrial capacity of suppliers to meet all the needs (development, production, and support) of DASSAULT AVIATION

Inform and alert in case of inconsistency between the long-term Dassault need and the supplier capacity

Perform appropriate industrial diagnostics during the sourcing and ramp-up phases

Your profile

The candidate must have similar experience in the function, preferably in the aeronautics sector. He/she will have held an operational role in purchasing/procurement and/or in industrial operations. Many trips in France and abroad will be to be expected. Mastery of English is indispensable.
