Your missions

As part of the prospecting and execution of military contracts, the DTR department of the DGSM is in charge of developing and executing France and Export training plans, allowing the client to acquire and operate the military aircraft.

As part of current and future military contract prospecting and execution, the Training Manager's mission is to collect all necessary information from clients to develop a training plan for all personnel involved in the implementation and conduct of military aircraft missions.

Once established, they draft the various documents integrated into the contracts.

They compile and propose to the Department Head the budgetary elements associated with this training contract.

Once the contracts are signed and in effect, the Training Manager ensures their management and coordinates all training backed by the contract with all entities. They prepare and participate in periodic meetings with the client and ensure the nominal operation of the Dassault Aviation Rafale conversion center, if applicable.

You must therefore be rigorous, versatile, available, and demonstrate good interpersonal skills and team spirit.

You have a good knowledge of military activity, aircraft, and military aeronautics professions.
