Your missions

Within the Direction Générale Financière, you take responsibility for the management control of the Seclin site (59-Nord), for both production and overheads, where you lead a team of four management controllers. The Seclin site specializes in the manufacture of metallic structural parts for all civil and military aircraft, destined for the assembly sites of Dassault Aviation.

You ensure:

Guaranteeing the quality of analytical data,

The dissemination of objectives to the production units, in compliance with the objectives assigned by the Direction Générale des Programmes,

The production of performance indicators for operations,

The implementation of routines for analyzing variances between actuals and objectives and the identification of cost reduction actions

,Respecting the deadlines for reporting standard performance reports to consolidation (analyzed and commented reports, in production hours and in €, validation of forecasts).

You ensure:

The preparation and presentation of performance reviews with the Site Management, the Direction Générale des Opérations Industrielles and the Direction Générale Financière,

The management of the team and the optimization of the work undertaken. You master cost accounting as well as the economic information system, knowing how to provide a critical analysis of the quality of data and associated flows.

Correlatively, you are the guarantor of the efficiency of the measurement of production costs and overheads. You also intervene on any subject in the economic field (tax audits, economic training, management control of a specific subject or entity) and ensure the dissemination of economic culture to operations.
