your missions:
Within the occupational health service of the Mérignac establishment, as a Nurse, you will carry out specific missions and those by delegation. Your missions will take place on the Mérignac site depending on the needs of the service.
You will notably be in charge of:
- Administrative management of the inter-establishment service (file management, schedule maintenance, maintenance of infirmary registers)
- Management of medical visits/ complementary Occupational Health examinations.
- Management of routine and emergency care.
- Participation in the prevention actions of the Inter-Establishment service:
You will also have as activities: employment retention actions, addiction prevention actions, hygiene and health education actions, training actions: first aid/ gestures and postures. In multidisciplinarity: professional risk assessment and prevention actions (ergonomics, choice of EPI), analysis of occupational accidents.
your profile:
State-certified Nurse, DIU in Occupational Health mandatory. Experience in occupational health is required, ideally in an industrial environment.
You have good listening skills and have experience working in a multidisciplinary environment. You know how occupational health works in a company. You know how to write and report on occupational health activities. You possess knowledge of Occupational Health regulations. You know the regulations on occupational accidents and Occupational Diseases. You possess knowledge in emergency care.
You are attentive to the needs of employees, including in emergencies, and know how to show empathy. You respect the confidentiality of files and strictly ensure medical secrecy.
You know how to use IT tools (Word/Excel/Power point/ SAT Préventiel .), and have basic knowledge of English.
