The International Mobility Pole is an integral part of the DRH of Dassault Aviation. Its role is to define international mobility policies for the Company and, uniquely, to implement them in all their aspects (immigration, taxation, legal, payroll, etc.). Mobilities are primarily from France to 13 countries, but the International Mobility Pole is also called upon to manage local contracts in other destinations. The export success of the Rafale, the launch of the Falcon 6X, and the Company's industrial projects in India will only serve to grow the workforce managed by the PMI.

You will work within a team of 6 people based in Saint-Cloud, but also in close collaboration with our HR correspondents present in our structures abroad.

As part of a maternity leave, the International Mobility Pole is organizing the temporary replacement of one of its international mobility officers.

YOUR ROLE:

You will ensure the day-to-day management of our seconded employees. You will intervene in all aspects of their mobility: immigration, presentation of packages, drafting of amendments, logistics, finance (payroll, expense reports), taxation, social protection, from the preparation of their departure until their return to France. To do this, you will be assisted daily by our mobility managers, our international HR, and our site HR, and you will rely on our network of service providers. You will be in contact with each employee during the duration of their mission, answer their questions, and provide support if necessary.

AN IDEAL EXPERIENCE ...

...within a friendly, dynamic, and versatile team. This position is THE essential step if you wish to have a global vision of an international mobility process.

Master II - Primarily in International Mobility with at least 2 years of experience in a company Open to other Master II profiles having at least 5 years of experience in international mobility in a company.
