Come and appreciate the human dimension that the DAS North teams can bring you and experience an atmosphere of a remarkable family culture. A reactive team, involved in your follow-up, and present for you!

You do not simply assemble parts, you build an assembly that must function to the nearest millimeter!

An aeronautical mechanic does not just assemble parts: they work on mechanical assemblies that must be mounted, adjusted, and controlled with precision, in accordance with demanding technical documentation.

Your work therefore begins even before picking up the tools. Based on plans, ranges, and approved documents, you prepare your intervention: identification of parts, choice of tooling, verification of mounting elements and necessary qualifications. You then perform the mounting, disassembly, and adjustment operations of aeronautical assemblies and sub-assemblies.

Once the operation is completed, you control the conformity of the assembly against the manufacturing file and ensure the traceability of operations, tooling, and products used. In case of a discrepancy, difficulty, or unforeseen situation, you do not work "by feeling": you rely on applicable procedures and report blocking points to your manager.

In summary: prepare, mount, adjust, control, and trace, with the same objective at each step: to guarantee work that complies with the requirements of the sector.

The profile we are looking for Above all, we are looking for a person who has already acquired good foundations in an industrial and mechanical environment. You must notably be comfortable with:

  • reading technical documentation;
  • mechanical assembly techniques (riveting, bolting, screwing, deburring);
  • the tooling used (riveters, reamers, files, mastic guns...);
  • procedures and work instructions;
  • the use of IT tools (Office 365) and SAP.
  • Mobility in Toulouse is imperative. The position is not eligible for long-distance travel.

Notions of technical English (reading and writing) are also expected.

This position is a production role. You will generally work standing up, in an industrial environment, with possible interventions depending on activities:

  • at height;
  • in constraining postures;
  • in confined spaces;
  • in ATEX zones;
  • in proximity to chemical products;
  • with possible use of an air-supplied mask.
  • The organization may be in normal shifts or rotating shifts: 2×8, 3×8, or even VSD depending on the activity.
