Your tasks

Your role is to control, attest to, and guarantee product conformity, but also to know how to maintain a quality position when a deviation appears.

In the field, you intervene in a specialty such as mechanics, structure, electricity, cabin, or quality analysis. You control product conformity against applicable documentation, identify and declare non-conformities, and then analyze recurring defects.

Your role does not stop at the observation: you participate in problem-solving, process monitoring and operator qualifications, client visits, and continuous improvement initiatives.

And when a quality decision must be made, you must be able to take responsibility for it independently, while prioritizing exchanges with production, various departments, and clients.

Requirements

We are looking for an already experienced profile capable of going beyond simple execution control.

You master the aeronautical environment, technical documentation, reading of plans and/or 3D models as well as internal and client procedures. You are also comfortable with quality tools (MES, PLM) and client follow-up.

The particularity of this position is multi-skilling: you are capable of intervening significantly in at least two specialties among mechanics, structure, electricity, cabin, or quality analysis.

You know how to diagnose a recurring non-conformity, participate in its resolution, transmit your experience, and bring the quality approach to life within the teams.

A good level of general and technical English, both written and spoken, is expected.

Here, technical competence is essential, but posture is just as much: rigor, analytical capacity, decision-making autonomy, and the ability to defend a quality position in a factual manner.

Other

Position to be filled in the Toulouse sector In aeronautics, declaring a part compliant is never a simple "OK".

The position can be organized in day shifts, 2x8, 3x8, or VSD.
