Head Bartender

On behalf of our client, an established and growing group in the hospitality sector, we are looking for a Head Bartender to take on a responsible role in the daily operation of the bar and the coordination of the team. The position is aimed at an experienced professional with very good knowledge of cocktails and drinks, organizational skills, and a high level of service. Required Qualifications: Duties Organization and supervision of the daily operation of the bar Coordination and guidance of the bartenders team Preparation and presentation of high-level cocktails and drinks Ensuring consistent quality and correct service standards Training and support of new team members Monitoring bar inventory and needs Checking cleanliness, organization, and correct preparation of the area Immediate management of customer requests and issues Collaboration with management and the rest of the operations team

Required Qualifications Previous experience as Head Bartender, Senior Bartender, or Bar Supervisor Very good knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and bar operations Ability to organize and lead a team Very good communication skills Professional presence and customer-centric approach Ability to work under pressure and in fast-paced environments Good knowledge of English Benefits: Benefits Salary: €1.850 – €2.100 net monthly Stable employment in an organized and growing group Professional and dynamic working environment Opportunities for advancement into management roles within the group Training and professional development Note: Accommodation is not provided.
