Are you looking to build a long-term career in the HVAC industry? We are seeking a motivated *Junior HVAC Installation Technician* who wants to learn from experienced professionals and grow into an Experienced HVAC technician.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a *Gas Technician 3 (G3)* license who enjoys working with their hands, takes pride in quality workmanship, and wants to develop a career in residential heating and cooling.

*Reporting To:* Service Manager

*What You?ll Be Doing*

You will work alongside our installation and service team while learning to install and service:

  • Furnaces
  • Central air conditioners
  • Heat pumps
  • Tank and tankless water heaters
  • Gas fireplaces
  • Humidifiers
  • Air filtration systems
  • HRVs and ERVs
  • Thermostats
  • Gas piping
  • Residential ductwork
  • Residential duct cleaning

As your skills develop, you?ll take on more responsibility and receive ongoing training.

*QualificationsRequired*

  • Gas Technician 3 (G3) licence (minimum)
  • Valid Ontario Class G driver?s licence
  • Clean driver?s abstract
  • Ability to work independently when required
  • Ability to follow instructions and company procedures
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Reliable and punctual

  • Leadership skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to build relationships and trust with customers quickly
  • Previous HVAC, construction, sheet metal, plumbing, gas fitting, or mechanical experience
  • Experience with residential installations
