Senior Talent Acquisition

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.

Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

Source candidates through LinkedIn, recruitment platforms, referrals, and other channels.

Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates based on skills, experience, and cultural fit.

Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers.

Prepare and manage job descriptions and job postings.

Support employer branding and recruitment-related initiatives.

Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment trackers.

Provide regular updates on hiring progress and recruitment priorities.

3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.

Strong experience in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and managing the recruitment cycle.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to multitask and manage changing priorities.

Proactive, resourceful, and solution-oriented.

Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills.

High level of discretion and confidentiality.

Excellent English communication skills.

Strong knowledge of LinkedIn and recruitment tools.
