Your tasks
For our client in the banking industry, we are looking for an individual for the position of ETL/IPC Developer with experience working with Informatica PowerCenter (IPC) and Oracle. Additional assets will include knowledge of Snowflake technology, which is used in selected client projects. - Designing and developing ETL processes based on Informatica PowerCenter
- Designing and developing data warehouses, databases, and analytical marts
- Creating and optimizing SQL and PL/SQL code
- Participating in the development of reporting-analytical and BI solutions
- Collaborating on the design of data architecture and new functionalities
- Preparing project and technical documentation
- Testing and verifying the quality of delivered solutions
- Supporting deployments and transferring solutions to production environments
Requirements
- Practical, several years of experience in implementing ETL projects using Informatica PowerCenter
- Experience working with Oracle databases
- Very good knowledge of SQL and practical knowledge of PL/SQL
- Experience in designing and developing data warehouses
- Knowledge of issues related to data analysis, integration, and processing
- Analytical thinking skills and independent problem-solving
- English language proficiency allowing for free communication
- Higher technical education
Nice to have
- Theoretical knowledge or practical experience in Snowflake technology
- Knowledge of Python
- Experience in the Business Intelligence area
- Knowledge of GitHub, SVN, Jira, Confluence, and SQL Developer
- Experience working in an Agile environment
- Using AI-based tools that support developer work
