Reinforced Concrete Engineering Manager

Responsibilities Lead the full lifecycle of reinforced concrete projects, from conceptual design and detailed engineering to construction supervision and final handover.

Conduct advanced Structural Analysis and Concrete Design for complex building and infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with international and local Building Codes .

Oversee and direct on-site construction activities, providing expert guidance and ensuring adherence to design specifications and Quality Control standards.

Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets, demonstrating exceptional Project Management skills to deliver projects on schedule and within budget.

Foster a collaborative environment, mentoring junior engineers and technicians, and promoting continuous professional development within the team.

Perform thorough Risk Assessment and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project safety and success.

Liaise with clients, architects, contractors, and regulatory bodies, representing the company with professionalism and technical expertise.

A minimum of 5-10 years of progressive experience in reinforced concrete design, analysis, and construction management, demonstrating a strong portfolio of successfully delivered projects.

Academic Excellence: A robust educational background in Civil Engineering or a related field, with a strong preference for graduates from prestigious institutions like cairo university .

Technical Mastery: Proven expertise in all facets of Reinforced Concrete structures, including advanced Structural Analysis , detailed Concrete Design , and comprehensive knowledge of international and local Building Codes .

Software Proficiency: Demonstrated skill in using industry-standard design software, particularly AutoCAD , along with other relevant structural analysis and design tools.

Leadership Acumen: A natural leader with extensive experience in Project Management , Team Management , and Site Supervision , capable of guiding and motivating diverse project teams to achieve ambitious goals.
