Senior personnel specialist
Personnel File Management: Create, update, and maintain employee files, ensuring all required legal hiring documents are complete and up-to-date.
Social Insurance: Manage all social insurance procedures (including opening files, monthly subscriptions, handling Forms 1, 2, and 6 , and coordinating with the social insurance office).
Labor Law & Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to labor law provisions in all administrative procedures, and professionally handle relations and inspections with the Labor Office.
Time & Attendance: Monitor and audit attendance records, leaves of absence, and disciplinary actions to prepare accurate monthly payroll inputs.
Reporting: Prepare and submit periodic, reliable reports to management regarding workforce movement and legal compliance.
Experience: 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in personnel administration (prior experience in medium to large-sized companies is preferred).
Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Commerce, Law, or equivalent).
Legal Knowledge: Full command and deep understanding of local labor laws and social insurance regulations.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel ). Experience with ERP systems is a plus.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and absolute confidentiality and integrity.
