Procurement Manager (Subcontractors)

Your tasks

• Develop and implement subcontractor procurement strategies.
• Source, evaluate, and prequalify subcontractors.
• Review quotations and negotiate prices, terms, and conditions.
• Coordinate with technical office, project management, and cost control teams.
• Manage subcontract agreements and ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Monitor subcontractor performance and maintain strong supplier relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Proven experience in subcontractor procurement within the construction industry.
• Strong negotiation, commercial, and analytical skills.
• Excellent knowledge of subcontracting contracts and procurement procedures.
