Your tasks

• Manage the full tendering process from document review to final submission.
• Oversee cost estimation, BOQs, pricing, and budget preparation.
• Coordinate with technical office, procurement, and other relevant departments.
• Review supplier and subcontractor quotations.
• Ensure compliance with tender requirements and submission deadlines.
• Lead and manage the tendering team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.

-10+ years of experience in tendering and estimation within the construction industry.

• Strong knowledge of BOQs, cost estimation, and construction contracts.

Excellent leadership, analytical, and negotiation skills.
