Job Description
- Understand and promote TCM treatments, packages, and wellness products
- Provide personalized treatment recommendations based on clients' needs
- Follow up with potential and existing clients to close sales
- Meet monthly sales and conversion targets
- Educate clients on benefits and outcomes of TCM services
- Maintain a good relationship with clients to encourage retention and referrals
Job Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in a sales role (clinic/spa/healthcare background preferred)
- Customer service-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Confident, motivated, and sales-driven personality
- Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Chinese-speaking clients)
- Basic knowledge of TCM is an advantage (training will be provided)
- Willing to work weekends and public holidays if required
