Waiters and Sommeliers

• Greet guests, serve food and beverages during breakfast or at conferences, maintain the restaurant and work environment clean and hygienic
• Manage customer payments
• Proactively handle customer complaints and objections, promptly ensure replacement in an efficient manner
• Ensure correct billing & ensure revenue control for a given shift during breakfast or at banquets
• Be a support to the restaurant manager and be willing to take on responsibility/initiative
• Communicate perfectly (at C1-C2 level) in at least 2 world languages - English is mandatory and another world language is according to the applicant's choice
