Senior Business Analyst for GenAI

**Job Description

**Would you like to help shape how AI improves everyday work across Danske Bank?

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to help scale Amazon Quick across Danske Bank, making every day work smarter, simpler and more efficient. Amazon Quick is a generative AI platform that enables employees to find and analyse information, create dashboards, automate repetitive workflows and build AI-powered assistants without writing code.

In this role, you will turn business needs into practical solutions that create value for colleagues and boost productivity across the bank.

**What You Will Be Doing

**

Partner with business units to identify and shape value-driven Amazon Quick use cases, from initial idea to validated delivery

Explore business needs, translate them into clear requirements and align stakeholders across business, engineering, architecture and control functions

Challenge assumptions and guide stakeholders towards value-driven solutions

Ensure that proposed use cases align with Amazon Quick’s capabilities and governance requirements

**About You

**

At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Consultant or in a similar role

A degree in technology, business, data science or a related field

Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to listen, ask the right questions and constructively challenge ideas

Experience with business analysis methods, such as stakeholder analysis, process modelling and requirements validation

The ability to turn complex needs into clear requirements and value-driven solution proposals

An agile, collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively across business and technology teams

Strong communication skills and advanced proficiency in English

**It is a plus if you:

**

Have experience with GenAI, AI agents, automation or business intelligence solutions

Understand how to introduce AI-enabled solutions in a regulated organisation

Have supported the adoption of new digital tools or platforms across large organisations

**What We Offer You

**This position can be located both in Denmark and Lithuania. If the position is located in Lithuania, the salary range will be from 3920 EUR to 5880 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).

Your contractual job title will be Technology Business Solutions.
