As Product Owner for Data Products, ML Enablement and MLOps, you will shape the future of personal banking by creating data assets that power personalised customer experiences. This is your opportunity to lead meaningful change in financial services.

You will join the Customer Engagement Individuals Tribe as a Product Owner with responsibility for the work delivered by, and together with, Engineers, Business Functional Specialists, Architects and more. In our department you will gain approximately 160 colleagues where you will lead one of the squads who will help enable Danske Bank to get ready for the next generation of banking services.

What you will be doing

You will lead a diverse team of data engineers, architects, and specialists across the Customer Engagement Individuals tribe, working on the group-wide AWS Databricks platform. Your work directly enables proactive, personalised banking services that build lasting customer relationships.

Lead development of data assets and products for commercial use cases

Collaborate with data platform teams to deploy advanced analytics using MLOps practices

Manage stakeholders across the bank working with data development

Guide conversion of PC platform to the group-wide data platform

Align data development with regulatory, governance and security frameworks

Mentor colleagues and foster learning in new technologies

Bridge legacy systems to modern data platforms

About you

3+ years of experience in Product Owner roles relevant to data products

5+ years of experience in financial services across different domains

Proven background as data engineer or leading data/ML engineering teams

Familiarity with data platform concepts like delta lakes and event-driven architectures

Understanding of technical and data-architectural trade-offs

Skilled in agile project management and associated activities

Strategic mindset with ability to inspire team followership

Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities

Fluent in written and spoken English

Experience with real-time processing, data governance, or change management would be valuable additions to your profile.
