Within the Human Rights team, the Human Rights Data Analyst contributes to the implementation and continuous improvement of the Human Rights Due Diligence (HRDD) framework within Danone's operations. He/she collects, consolidates, analyzes, and adds value to data from internal and external sources to provide relevant analyses enabling decision-making, risk management, regulatory reporting, and the steering of improvement plans. The position is part of Danone's global human rights due diligence approach, notably through risk assessments, monitoring of action plans, dashboards, and the animation of the international community of Human Rights focal points.

Main Responsibilities

  • Collect, consolidate, and maintain human rights data from Group sites worldwide (audits, self-assessments, action plans, non-conformities, corrective actions, social data, etc.).
  • Administer human rights-related databases and guarantee the quality, consistency, reliability, and completeness of information.
  • Analyze data at local, national, and global levels to identify trends, risks, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Integrate external risk indicators and benchmark data to contribute to risk prioritization and decision-making.
  • Develop, update, and improve dashboards, indicators, and reporting tools to monitor the deployment of the approach, key performance indicators, and the progress of action plans.
  • Produce regular analyses and reports for management, governance bodies, and internal stakeholders.
  • Contribute to internal and external reporting obligations, particularly within the framework of sustainability reporting (ESG), regulatory requirements, and governance reviews.
  • Monitor the progress of human rights-related action plans and support teams in the implementation of corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with Human Rights, Human Resources, Operations, and other functions to collect data, validate analyses, and strengthen reporting processes.
  • Participate in the preparation of risk assessments by consolidating internal operational data and external indicators.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of methodologies, tools, and governance practices for human rights-related data.
  • Act as the primary point of contact on data and reporting topics within the global community of Human Rights focal points.
  • Promote the sharing of best practices and the dissemination of lessons learned between different entities, functions, and regions to strengthen the effectiveness of the global human rights due diligence program.

Education & Experience: Master's degree (Bac +4/5) in Data, Statistics, CSR, or HR, supplemented by 2 to 5 years of experience in data analysis or reporting (an interest in ESG, compliance, or risk management topics is an asset) in an international environment. Experience in topics related to CSR, human rights, compliance, audit, or risk management is an asset.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau), advanced Excel, database management, and excellent command of professional English.

Soft Skills: Analytical mindset, rigor, ability to simplify complex data for non-experts, and excellent interpersonal skills to work in an international environment.
