In this role, you’ll drive sustainable growth by developing key hospital accounts, identifying new business opportunities and building long-term partnerships with healthcare professionals and decision-makers. You’ll combine hands-on sales activities with strategic account management to grow the business across your territory. Through your work, you’ll also contribute to ensuring that nutritional therapy is recognized as an important part of patient care.
Job Responsibilities
Drive sales performance and market share growth within the enteral nutrition and allergy portfolio
Develop and execute strategic account plans for key healthcare organizations and regions, with clear commercial objectives and priorities
Identify and develop new business opportunities while growing existing accounts
Build and develop trusted partnerships with key decision-makers, physicians, clinical dietitians, nurses and other relevant healthcare stakeholders
Monitor sales performance, market developments, customer needs and competitive activities to identify opportunities and take appropriate commercial actions
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, medical and sales colleagues to drive customer plans and deliver business results
Contribute to the development and implementation of national and regional business plans
About you
About You
Proven track record of delivering strong, measurable sales results in the healthcare sector
Strong commercial mindset and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and act on business opportunities
Ability to navigate a complex healthcare environment and understand different stakeholders and decision-making processes
Ability to identify what matters most, prioritize accordingly and stay focused on the biggest opportunities, both short and long term
Ability to work independently and take ownership, while being a strong team player and contributing to shared goals and strategy
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to engage with different healthcare stakeholders
Fluent Finnish, both verbal and written, and ability to work effectively in English
A relevant educational background in healthcare is considered an advantage
Good proficiency in digital tools
Valid driver's license and ability to drive in Finland
