Responsibilities and duties

• Perform the processing and control of national and international payments.
• Execute payments through national and foreign banking platforms.
• Act in treasury routines, ensuring compliance with financial deadlines.
• Support foreign exchange closing processes for international payments.
• Maintain contact with national and international financial institutions for operational dealings.
• Check documents, invoices, and payment instructions, ensuring compliance with internal policies.
• Control receipts, bank reconciliations, and other documents from the financial area.
• Provide support to internal and external audits, when necessary.
• Prepare reports and management controls related to financial operations.
• Interact with suppliers and internal teams, including in English, to clarify doubts and follow up on payments.

Requirements and qualifications

• Completed higher education or currently studying in Administration, Accounting, Economics, Foreign Trade, or related areas.
• Fluent English (mandatory), with the ability for written and verbal communication.
• Experience in Accounts Payable and Treasury.
• Experience with international payments, foreign exchange operations, and relationship with international financial institutions.
• Knowledge of national and international banking routines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Differentials

• Experience in law firms, multinational companies, or financial institutions.
• Knowledge of ERP systems, preferably Dynamics 365.
• Knowledge of regulations related to foreign exchange operations and payments abroad.
