Maintain good customer service toward guest, residents, shoppers and customers Assist in the execution of shopping mall’s promotion and redemption programmes. To assist in office and administrative matters. Handle all customers’ enquiries and provide assistance To learn and familiarize with the different systems and SOP. To receive and forward all courier service documents & parcels at the reception counter. Any other task as assigned by immediate supervisor/management. Requirements
