Finance Project Analyst

Key Responsibilities • Support financial workstreams across strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives • Contribute to process improvements and support finance transformation initiatives • Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with cross-functional teams • Gather, organize, and analyze financial and operational data to support decision-making • Build and maintain financial models under guidance from senior team members • Assist in the development of business cases, including data analysis and documentation • Prepare materials and presentations for project updates and stakeholder meetings • Monitor actuals vs. plan, identify variances, and support analysis of key drivers • Help track project performance, KPIs, and ROI metrics • Identify potential risks or issues and escalate to senior team members as needed

Qualifications and Experience • Bachelor’s degree • 1–3 years of experience in Accounting, corporate finance, or similar analytical roles • Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills • Strong project management and organizational capabilities • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills • Ability to think strategically while maintaining attention to detail • Strong communication and presentation skills • Ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously
