Job Overview:

We are seeking experienced and enthusiastic estheticians to provide top-notch skincare and beauty services in a hybrid work environment. This contract-based role offers flexibility by combining in-person client consultations and treatments with remote administrative or client follow-up tasks. Key Responsibilities:

Client Consultation & Care: Conduct thorough skin assessments and consultations to determine appropriate treatments. Provide personalized skincare advice and create tailored treatment plans. Deliver high-quality aesthetic services including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and other skin rejuvenation procedures.

Treatment Execution: Administer aesthetic treatments with precision and care, ensuring adherence to safety and hygiene standards. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, new techniques, and emerging technologies.

Hybrid Coordination: Engage in remote follow-ups and client communications to monitor treatment progress. Manage appointments and client records using digital tools and platforms.

Client Relationship Management: Build lasting relationships with clients by providing exceptional service and personalized care. Address client concerns and queries promptly, ensuring a positive overall experience.

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement: Work closely with the Dang Lifestyle team to align services with the brand’s standards and initiatives. Participate in training sessions and workshops to continuously enhance your skills.

Qualifications:

Valid certification/license in esthetics or cosmetology. Proven experience as an aesthetician in a professional setting. In-depth knowledge of skincare treatments, products, and technology. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work environment. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. A passion for beauty, wellness, and helping clients look and feel their best.
