Scrum Master, Power Conversion

Your tasks

The Impact You'll Make Join us in shaping the next generation of power conversion technologies that support electrification and the global energy transition. As a Scrum Master, you will enable high-performing product development teams creating innovative solutions for energy storage, renewable energy integration, data centers, marine electrification, and industrial power systems.

Working closely with Product Owners, engineers, architects, program managers, and business stakeholders, you will play a key role in strengthening agile ways of working and accelerating the development of technologies that help build a more sustainable future.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and planning activities that help teams stay aligned, focused, and positioned to deliver customer value.
• Coach teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders in agile principles and practices to strengthen collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement.
• Remove impediments and address delivery challenges to improve flow, predictability, and team effectiveness.
• Drive transparency through planning, progress tracking, metrics, and stakeholder communication that support informed decision-making.
• Enable coordination across hardware, software, systems, and product validation teams to support successful product development outcomes.

Requirements

• A background as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Project Leader, or in a similar agile facilitation role within a product development environment.
• Practical experience applying Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and continuous improvement practices to support high-performing teams.
• Knowledge of working with cross-functional engineering teams, including hardware, software, systems engineering, testing, or industrial product development.
• The ability to facilitate discussions, navigate dependencies, remove obstacles, and build strong collaboration across diverse stakeholders.
• Familiarity with agile planning and collaboration tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Polarion, Confluence, or similar platforms.
