Test Process Engineer

Your function

As a Test Process Engineer, you analyze, develop, and optimize test processes within the assembly department. You contribute to higher product quality, more efficient processes, cost reduction, and a safe working environment.

Your responsibilities

• Developing and improving test processes and test tooling.
• Drafting work instructions and managing test documentation.
• Supporting new product introductions and production issues.
• Performing analyses on test data and improvement projects.
• Implementing safety and ergonomic improvements.
• Collaborating on Industry 4.0 and automation projects.
• Introducing new test technologies and test benches.
• Collaborating with engineering and production to increase quality and efficiency.

Your profile

• Master Industrial or Civil Engineer (Electromechanics, Mechanics or equivalent through experience).
• Strong technical insight and analytical thinking skills.
• Knowledge of hydraulics is a plus.
• Independent, proactive, and result-oriented.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of English.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
