Main goal of the role

As Controller, you act as a full-fledged business partner for management and the various departments. You support strategic and operational decisions through timely, accurate, and in-depth financial analyses, reporting, and forecasts, with the aim of achieving the company's objectives.

You report to the CFO and lead the finance team (4 people)

Qualifications and experience

• Master's degree in a financial or technical field
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in controlling or finance

• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Knowledge of costing, forecasting, and budgeting

• Proficient knowledge of Excel and ERP systems
• Fluent knowledge of English
