Your tasks

**Awesome! But what will my new role be?

**As our new Payroll Specialist, you will join our team of three other Payroll professionals, and you will work closely with our local payroll agencies to ensure the organization is supported in all matters related to salaries, pensions, mileage, travel expenses, and other payroll-related inquiries.

**

• Preparing and accounting for wages for around 10 subsidiaries
• Managing travel settlements and mileage, including follow-up with cardholders and company card usage
• Reconciling payroll and related balance accounts
• Coordinating and communicating with our international payroll agencies
• Handling salary-related inquiries from employees, including questions about holidays, pensions, and benefits
• Performing various ad hoc payroll-related tasks as needed.

**Cool! How can I be considered for this role?

**We’re looking for a payroll professional with several years of experience who can communicate with clarity and confidence, making complex information easy to understand. Experience with international payroll, and particularly Swedish, Norwegian, or German, is highly valued.

You’re confident with MS Office, especially Excel. Familiarity with Dynamics 365 Business Central is an advantage, though not required.

As an international company, we require fluency in both spoken and written English, as well as professional proficiency in Danish.
