**Awesome! But what will my new role be?
**As we continue to grow, we are looking for several new colleagues to join our HR department at our headquarters in Copenhagen. You will become part of one of our two HR teams supporting our international offices across a broad range of HR matters.
You will, among other things:
Ensure compliance with employment legislation, internal policies, and HR best practices across jurisdictions.
Prepare and maintain employment contracts, contract amendments, and employee change documentation.
Collaborate closely with colleagues across HR to support on HR Legal matters, and the wider business to deliver an excellent employee experience.
Manage day-to-day HR administration throughout the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.
Identify opportunities to improve, standardize, and optimize HR processes and workflows to support business growth.

**We imagine that our future colleague has a relevant educational background in employment law, business, or HRM, combined with hands-on experience in operational HR. Experience supporting multiple jurisdictions is considered an advantage. As we are an international company, you must be able to communicate professionally in both Danish and English.

You are proactive, service-minded, and curious, with a genuine interest in people and a strong understanding of cultural differences in an international working environment.
