Job Summary
Serve food and beverages while ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining excellent customer relations in a fast-paced dining environment.
Responsibilities
- Serve food and beverages accurately to customers to ensure timely delivery and satisfaction
- Carry trays of drinks and up to three main course plates safely to customers
- Maintain excellent customer relations by responding promptly and courteously to customer needs
- Apply good customer service standards to enhance the dining experience
- Communicate clearly and effectively with customers and team members to coordinate service
- Demonstrate friendly and energetic interpersonal skills to create a welcoming atmosphere
- Complete any other assigned tasks and duties to support smooth restaurant operations
Required competencies and certifications
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar food and beverage service role
- Good understanding of Western Cuisine to assist customers knowledgeably
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Proactive and visionary approach to anticipate customer needs and improve service quality
Other Information
Benefits:
- 44 hours work week (5-6 working days per week)
- Meal and transport allowance (after 12mn)
