Develop and execute export sales plans to achieve assigned sales targets and revenue objectives.

Identify and develop new international customers, distributors, importers, and potential business partners.

Research international markets to identify market opportunities, customer needs, competitors, pricing trends, and potential growth areas.

Generate new business opportunities across targeted export markets and product categories.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing international customers to maximize customer retention and sales growth.

Communicate with international customers regarding product availability, specifications, pricing, packaging, quantities, payment terms, and delivery requirements.

Prepare and submit commercial offers, quotations, and sales proposals based on customer requirements and market conditions.

Negotiate prices, payment terms, Incoterms, quantities, and commercial conditions with customers within approved company guidelines.

Follow up on customer inquiries, quotations, purchase orders, contracts, and sales confirmations to ensure timely conversion of opportunities into sales.

Coordinate with Agriculture, Planning, Quality, Warehouse, Finance, and Export Operations teams to ensure product availability and order fulfillment.

Monitor product quality, grading, packaging, labeling, and specifications to ensure compliance with customer and destination-market requirements.

Coordinate with the Export Operations team to ensure timely shipment and delivery of customer orders.

Monitor market prices, competitor activities, customer trends, and changes in international demand to support pricing and sales decisions.

Analyze sales performance, market potential, customer profitability, and export market trends to identify growth opportunities.

Prepare regular sales reports covering sales performance, pipeline, forecasts, customer activities, and market developments.

Manage the export sales pipeline and maintain accurate records of prospects, opportunities, quotations, orders, and customer interactions.

Handle customer complaints and commercial issues and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely resolution.

Ensure compliance with company policies, approved pricing strategies, export regulations, contractual terms, and customer requirements.

Participate in international trade fairs, exhibitions, customer meetings, and business development activities to expand the company's export network.

Support the development of new products and market-specific offerings based on customer and market requirements.

Forecast export sales volumes and communicate expected demand to relevant internal stakeholders to support production and supply planning.

Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business Administration, International Business, Commerce, or a related field .

Experience 1–3 years of experience in export sales, international sales, agricultural commodities, FMCG, or a related industry.

Languages Fluent English is required.
