QC Supervisor Ayutthaya Factory

• Supervise, control, and develop the quality system in the production line
• Analyze quality problems and implement corrective/preventive actions
• Control and monitor in-process inspections
• Control and monitor dimensional inspections and functional testing
• Control and monitor monitoring, measurement, analysis, and assessment (SPC)
• Control and monitor testing for prohibited substances in products
• Control and monitor incoming inspections from suppliers
• Control and monitor changes from suppliers
• Control and monitor special production requests from suppliers
• Audit and develop suppliers
• Control non-conforming products
• Support and participate in activities as determined by the company
• Others as assigned

Qualifications: Female / Male, Age 25 – 30 years old Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or other related fields Basic knowledge of IATF 16949 or experience in the automotive industry Understanding of quality control processes, analysis, and problem-solving Able to use quality tools such as 8D, Why-Why Analysis, FTA, QC 7 Tools, and Core Tools (FMEA, SPC, Control Plan, MSA, APQP, PPAP, etc.) Good command of English (Listening, Speaking, Reading, Writing) Proficient in using basic computer programs At least 3–5 years of experience in Quality Control related to automotive plastic parts
