Present in Creutzwald since 1975, we work mainly for German brands such as MERCEDES BENZ, BMW, as well as the VOLKSWAGEN group, but also for brands like ROLLS-ROYCE and VOLVO. Your tasks

Your mission Under the responsibility of the Production Supervisor, you guarantee the proper functioning of the assembly lines. As a true field player, you ensure production monitoring while ensuring compliance with cadence, quality, and safety objectives. You contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and ensure the correct application of work standards by the operators.

Your main responsibilities Production monitoring and first-level maintenance:

• Equipment management: Ensure the startup, shutdown, adjustments, and tool changes of the installations.
• First-level maintenance: Perform checks, adjustments, and detection of malfunctions to guarantee production continuity.
• Operational monitoring: Guarantee compliance with cadences and ensure the handover of technical instructions (machine status, evolution of standards) between teams.

Quality, Performance and Continuous Improvement

• Performance monitoring: Track and record production indicators (quantities, rejects, stops, workforce) and communicate performance results.
• Quality control: Audit and enforce quality procedures and production standards to identify deviations and prevent customer complaints.
• Process optimization: Analyze the causes of productivity loss or non-quality, document the results, and propose corrective actions in collaboration with management.

Team Animation and Safety

• Field coordination: Organize the work of operators (including temporary staff), communicate objectives, and ensure the correct application of workstation rotation rules.
• Support and training: Raise awareness among teams regarding production requirements and ensure the transmission of safety instructions and work standards.
• Compliance with HSE and 5S standards: Apply safety instructions and the wearing of PPE, manage waste sorting, and maintain the order and cleanliness of the workshop according to the 5S methodology.

Requirements

Your profile

• Sought profile (M/F): Production technician, operator-setter, assembly line setter, or line operator. - Proven experience in supervising or coordinating a field team is required.
• Training: Holder of one of the following industrial diplomas or equivalent:

Bac pro Maintenance des systèmes de production connectés (MSPC) Bac pro Pilote de ligne de production Bac pro Technicien en réalisation de produits mécaniques (option réalisation et maintenance des outillages)

• Knowledge:

Knowledge in the fields of mechanics, electricity, hydraulics, and pneumatics

• Use of IT tools (data entry, use of an ERP)
• Reading technical documents in English
• Soft skills: Reactivity, dexterity, diplomacy, initiative, leadership, pedagogy, analytical skills.
