Production Engineer

• Develop and monitor Action Plans to achieve department targets.
• Collect and analyze data and report Action Plan progress and results.
• Implement cost reduction activities in production.
• Prepare production processes and equipment for new compressor models.
• Analyze and solve quality and production efficiency problems.
• Improve production processes to enhance quality and productivity.
• Provide production technology support to related departments.
• Control and monitor construction and installation work related to production.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, Electronic Engineering, or a related field. 0–3 years of experience in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or Production Engineering. Knowledge of air-conditioning and refrigeration systems, including compressor structures and components. Knowledge of manufacturing processes, production control, and process improvement. Knowledge of measurement tools and basic machine tools. Knowledge of PLC, robots, and automatic control systems is an advantage. Able to read and create mechanical and electrical drawings. Knowledge of Jig & Fixture design and production equipment. Good planning, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
