Process Engineer

• Set standard times and manpower requirements for each production line.
• Update line balance and cycle time based on production capacity.
• Improve parts flow efficiency across production lines.
• Control and standardize direct costs to meet production targets.
• Develop standard work procedures for new model production.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field. At least 1 year of experience in process engineering or production engineering. Knowledge of manufacturing processes, machinery, and production technology. Knowledge of cycle time. Familiar with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001. Good planning and project management skills. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and AutoCAD/SolidWorks.
